Create the Look: Mirror Collages
Update a hall, staircase or wall with a mirror collage that reflects light and expresses your style.

Hanging a framed mirror at the end of a dark hall can reflect light from a room at the other end of the hallway, making the area appear brighter. A framed mirror hung directly across from a window can reflect the view and mimic another window in the space. Imagine what happens when you take three, five, seven or even a couple dozen mirrors and group them together as wall art. A high fashion look for your walls, that's for sure.
Simplicity sometimes rules, and other times, layering in more elements adds some needed drama. In the example above the designer creates a dramatic gallery wall by using rectangular shaped mirrors in a variety of frames spaced at the same intervals. You can achieve a similar look with just a few frames. You can also try using a grid of mirrors against the back wall of your living room to add dimension to the space.
Give a staircase a grander presence with a mix of mirrors on the wall leading your eye up the steps. It's more unexpected than the traditional design of arranging family photos along a staircase. To get additional ideas come see one of our design consultants.
