What I do when I am not framing… I’m a wife and mother of a beautiful little girl and when I’m not framing, I’m enjoying my free time with my family which includes hiking, camping and exploring the Northwest (when weather permits).
-
The coolest thing I ever framed was… a belly mold of an 8 month pregnant woman that had Dad, Mom and Sister’s hand prints on it. The logistics of mounting the mold is what I loved—“MacGyver-ing” is a fine skill to posess
-
The coolest person I ever framed for was… the President of Tanzania.
-
My inspiration for designing comes from… the artwork before me. Every piece of art is unique and the design I choose is inspired by the art and the individual who brings it to me.
-
Why I love my job… I get to work with art and design everyday but my favorite part is meeting new people and creating masterpieces with them whether it’s a poster, baseball cards, Grandma’s old costume jewelry, or an original work of art.
-
If I were a piece of art, I would be… Brightly colored organized chaos in a tranquil pool.
-
If I were a musical instrument, I would be… a piano because I love listening and “trying” to play.
-
My best design advice… If you love it, frame it right the first time!
